Order Search Pro is a paid WordPress plugin for WooCommerce store teams who need to find an order without knowing its number. It replaces the built-in order search with one indexed search bar that also looks inside SKUs, order notes (private ones too), billing and shipping addresses, coupon codes and any custom checkout field you tick as searchable, with no code. A Matched in column shows why each order came back. Filters for status, payment and shipping method, country, customer group, order total, coupon, tag and date stack on top of the search, and a combination can be saved as a segment for the whole team. From the results you can add the same note to many orders, tag them, export chosen columns to CSV or print packing slips. Needs WooCommerce 7.0 or later and works with HPOS and legacy order storage.
